Bouncebeam DMCA Policy

How to report copyright infringement or submit a counter-notice on Bouncebeam.

Effective Date: June 1, 2025

1. DMCA Compliance

Bouncebeam complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”) by responding to properly formatted notices of alleged infringement. We reserve the right to remove or disable access to content and to terminate repeat infringers.

2. Submitting a Notice

To submit a takedown request, send a written notice that includes:

  • Your physical or electronic signature.
  • Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
  • Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or the subject of infringing activity, including URLs or campaign IDs so we can locate it.
  • Contact information for the complaining party (name, address, phone, email).
  • A statement that you have a good-faith belief the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

3. Counter-Notice

If you believe your work was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification, you may send a written counter-notice containing:

  • Your physical or electronic signature.
  • Identification of the material removed and where it previously appeared.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake.
  • Your name, address, phone number, and consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in London, UK (or your locale if outside the UK).

Upon receiving a valid counter-notice, we may restore the content unless the original complainant files suit within 10 business days.

4. Repeat Infringers

Bouncebeam’s policy is to terminate user accounts that receive multiple valid DMCA notices. We may also remove associated customer domains or disable publishing access to prevent further infringement.
