Bouncebeam Accessibility Statement

Design and engineering practices that keep Bouncebeam usable for every visitor and customer.

Effective Date: June 1, 2025

1. Commitment to Inclusion

Bouncebeam is committed to providing digital experiences that are accessible to the widest possible audience, regardless of technology or ability. We align our roadmap with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA and ADA requirements where applicable.

2. Standards & Testing

  • Semantic HTML, ARIA patterns, and keyboard-first workflows baked into our component library.
  • Color contrast ratios that meet or exceed 4.5:1 for text and 3:1 for UI icons.
  • Routine audits using automated scanners (Axe, Lighthouse) plus manual screen-reader testing (VoiceOver, NVDA).
  • Accessibility acceptance criteria included in design and QA checklists.

3. Assistive Technology Support

Bouncebeam supports modern browsers on desktop and mobile, including assistive technologies such as VoiceOver, NVDA, and TalkBack. Forms, dashboards, and navigation elements include focus states, skip links, and aria-labels for clarity.

4. Continuous Improvement

Accessibility issues are triaged through our normal bug workflow with severity labels and SLA targets. We collaborate with customers’ accessibility teams to prioritize fixes and share remediation timelines.

5. Feedback & Alternate Formats

If you encounter barriers or need materials in alternate formats, please contact yigittabel@bouncebeam.co. Include a description of the issue, your browser/device, and any assistive technologies used so we can reproduce and resolve the problem quickly.
