Bouncebeam Acceptable Use Policy

Clear rules on what content, conduct, and automation behaviors are allowed on Bouncebeam.

Effective Date: June 1, 2025

1. Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) protects Bouncebeam customers, visitors, and partners by establishing rules for how our platform may be used. Violations can lead to suspension or termination under the Terms of Service.

2. Prohibited Content & Behavior

  • Illegal, deceptive, defamatory, or infringing content.
  • Content promoting violence, exploitation, or discrimination of protected classes.
  • Malware, spyware, or code designed to disrupt infrastructure.
  • Misleading claims that violate advertising, financial, or health regulations.
  • Bulk scraping or republishing of third-party works without authorization.

3. Security & System Integrity

Customers must not:

  • Probe, scan, or test system vulnerabilities outside approved bounty programs.
  • Bypass authentication, rate limits, or access controls.
  • Use automated tools to degrade service quality for other tenants.
  • Share credentials or API tokens outside authorized teams.

4. Automation & Traffic Quality

Automated workflows must respect Bouncebeam’s APIs and scheduling limits. Prohibited activity includes creating fake leads, inflating traffic, or manipulating analytics for reporting purposes. Data ingested into Bouncebeam must be collected lawfully and with proper consent.

5. Enforcement & Reporting

Bouncebeam may investigate alleged violations, request remediation, suspend access, or terminate contracts. Urgent threats (malware, legal takedowns) may trigger immediate suspension. Suspected abuse can be reported to yigittabel@bouncebeam.co.
